Returns
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we are unable to accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the rare event that you are unhappy with a product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll do our very best to work with you to make sure you're happy with your order.
Please contact us to inquire about sample sizes (if available) to test a product out before you purchase a full size product.
Please notify us of any incorrect shipments or issues with your order within 30 days of receipt so we may make the necessary corrections.
Order processing and shipping
Domestic orders to the mainland US and APO addresses $75 and over ship free. Please allow 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. While most of our products are made to order, we often have items that are ready to ship. We typically pack orders for shipment on Saturdays and Wednesdays. During high sales seasons, we increase the pack and shipping days. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via the email provided with your order.
During high volume sales and holidays, we ask that you allow 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing.
We often offer pre-order promotions. Orders typically ship within 14 days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been pulled for fulfillment.
Once your order is pulled for fulfillment you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).
Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to be available on the carrier website once you receive your shipping notification. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. Please note that business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
In some cases post office tracking does not show a status on tracking. Please note that this is an issue/delay on their end.
During high sales seasons, it is difficult for us to approximate stock. With this in mind, we sometimes need to make products as they are ordered. During these times, please understand that it may take 10-17 business days for order processing. While it may be a wait, we want you to get your goodies, so trust that we will work three times as hard to ensure that you get your products sooner than later.
We often post handcrafted soaps that are still curing. These soaps are allowed to be purchased, however they will not be shipped until their official cure date. Listings for these soaps will note the expected cure and ship date.
We currently use USPS Parcel Post, USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail and UPS to ship our products. We aim to provide you with the most economical shipping. Should your order require a higher shipping cost, we will notify you and invoice you accordingly. We follow the same process should you pay too much in shipping.
We also design and craft soaps and soap favors for whatever you imagine. Baby showers, bridal showers, swag bags...you name it and we can craft it. Simply contact us at the email below with your requirements and we will respond with a quote.

Subscription
If there is an address change, it is up to the subscriber or recipient to let us know before the 10th of the month.
If a package has to be re-routed to a different address or is returned and has to be shipped again, subscriber will be charged a $7.00 re-ship fee.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged, please forward pictures of the damage, as well as a list of which items were damaged so that we may file the claim on your package and replace the items. No replacements will be sent without photos, as they are needed to submit the claim on your behalf.
